Hz Watches provide a comprehensive two year manufacturer warranty on all of our watches, commencing from the date of shipment.

This warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Hz Watches.

RETURN POLICY

In the event of any product faults, Hz Watches will cover the cost of any return shipping, and the cost of a suitable repair/replacement as per our warranty.

We offer the option of returns within a 14-day window of receiving your watch, providing the watch remains in as new condition, with return shipping paid at the customers expense.
