Hz Watches provide a comprehensive two year manufacturer warranty on all of our watches, commencing from the date of shipment.

This warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Hz Watches.

RETURN POLICY

In the event of any product faults, Hz Watches will cover the cost of any return shipping, and the cost of a suitable repair/replacement as per our warranty.

We offer the option of returns within a 7-day window of receiving your watch, with return shipping paid at the customers expense. We do note that a restocking fee will be charged, which will cover the costs associated with your order that were incurred by the business (transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, shipping fees).

Pre-ORDERING POLICY

At Hz Watches, many of our production runs operate on a pre-order basis, where the funding received through the pre-order process enables us to commence/continue production. Through using this system, we can ensure that 1) no customers miss out on purchasing, as we can increase initial production, and 2) we can better manage our stock levels, so that we can continue to offer watches that provide exceptional value for money.

As a result of this, all pre-orders made are non-refundable, as the funding we receive from pre-orders is paid to the factory to commence/continue production. We appreciate your confidence in our company, and we show it by offering you a lower price on pre-order items for a limited time during a pre-order campaign.
